We’re Jason and Debbie, originally from Arizona, now proud to call Iowa home. We moved here to be closer to family and raise our daughter — because Iowa truly is a great place to grow, connect, and live by the spirit of “Iowa Nice.”

Our company began as Property Preservation, helping loan companies care for homes after foreclosure and before auction. Through that work, Jason spoke with many homeowners facing difficult times. Those conversations reminded us that everyone deserves compassion and a chance to start fresh.

That’s why we expanded into Surplus Funds Recovery — helping families reclaim the money that’s rightfully theirs after foreclosure. We believe in paying it forward, treating every client with respect, and showing that there really is light at the end of the tunnel.
